Andrew began his legal education as a criminal justice major at what is now the University of Central Missouri.  He quickly took an interest in his course work involving the law.  After graduation from UCM he attended law school at Creighton University School of Law in Omaha, NE.  He focused his legal studies in particular area., Criminal law and Tax and Estate Planning.  Upon graduation from law school Andrew worked in a financial/estate planning firm providing asstance for high net worth clients.  In 2010 he joined the law firm of Hamlett & Bertels, LLC in Mexico, MO.  In 2013 he with this law partner Kevin Hamlett, formed the firm of Hamlett & Garnett, LLC.  In 2016 upon the retirement of his law partner Andrew form the Law Office of Andrew S. Garnett. 

 

Andrew handles matters related to Criminal Defense, Estate Planning, Probate, Real Estate and Personal Injury.  He has handled cases all across the State of Missouri and routinely practices in the following jurisdictions:
